re-iterated on my recording studio by adding more foam overall - didn't take as long as I thought it would. The recordings sound good. I'm not hearing a space echo anymore. Only my performance is a bit weak due to allergy. Will give it a meal break and continue later to see whether I can push to a more healthy voice #stolenvoice
Good progress! Now I can stop working and start enjoying holidays with feeling that I'm bit closer to my goal. #rebuildinpublic

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: I was walking faster than yesterday (almost 1 minute), and it was because I was shifting from being tired when I started walking (I had just got up) to „I have an idea how to make my new voiceover business work“. So, when I returned to my room after the walk, I wrote, set up a sign-up form, published three new posts and 4,5 hours later I was done. That was one of the most intense 4,5 hours that I had not planned at all for the day — but this only happened because I was walking outside (I forced myself to walk although I was tired) and let my thoughts flow. So, I invested 4,5 hours into what was not planned and but it felt to be the right things. Today’s „/done“ tasks will reflect that. Also to be noted: When you have ideas you move/walk faster. Head needs body, body needs head. And one needs movement to stay mentally in flow #health
after a day off because feeling sick-ish and slight ear-pain I had an extended session today (but focussing only on style of delivery to perfect it) with a new recording setup: Sennheiser MKH 416, Pop audio pop filter, Shock mount by Rycote and Focusrite 2i2 mixer - is another level. Also I gave my recording environment a bit more room while still treating it with acoustic foam. #mictime #stolenvoice

walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
was so "crazy" today to skip producing & published today's show (stolenvoice tv 29) and relax and nap instead. I needed and almost don't feel bad I did. Tomorrow I'll do it then because I know it's important for me to get it done. But I also want to take time for rest when it's the right time. #hip
got an overview of the postproduction process (bit of a repition like

- Send & Return Effects but that's ok); started the advanced voiceover course to get from my intermediate level to a pro level which included today: to warm up nicely and full-body, going to extremes (ultra low pitch, ultra high pitch, mixture of both and going over the top with a caricature performance) - my voice felt like the strings of a guitar today when I practiced #stolenvoice

Slept around 12hrs (8.75h at night and the rest in the afternoon). Accordingly I didn't work that much. Also because I'll be going to bed early-ish so I can start tomorrow earlier and accomplish more, e.g. stolenvoice tv 29, it's become quite PITA. #hip
1 client task as I complete my last sick day. Feeling better!
