Last week I refined a topic list for what I want to teach.  I've setup a carrd.co landing page yesterday and bought a domain today.  Next steps: make a couple of free sneak preview samples and check if there is a demand for the course. Thinking of realistic goals and pricing.

Hacked it done in last days and getting into some new tech staff meanwhile.

Building a PoC for this small mobile app idea. I have one technical solution that will help people in various usecases. This app labels images quickly and (optionally) puts them in their own album. First focussing on iOS, Android might follow if it works out.

Hi Friends, After a couple of months of having Cheddar offline it's back online. The web app works great, and the API is up and running. I'd consider this a BETA, I'm making minor changes and improvements almost daily.  I've still got lots of work to do on the iOS app to get it back in the App ...

I am thinking to introduce readers to concepts like SSO, audit logging, feature flags, role-based access controls, reporting, exposing integrations, analytics, app metrics, etc and show practical implementation using code.

I am thinking of small video group conferences of up to 6 people, where everyone gets 10-15 minutes to pitch his project to the others. Gives practice, opportunity for valuable feedback and maybe even some kind of business connections. Regularily scheduled.
