🔎 You can now search through WIP
Today, Jankees added search functionality to WIP. You can search through all todos, products, and makers.
Click the "More" button in the sidebar navigation and then "Search".
Search is really nice to quickly find your own stuff, but it's also a great way to find other makers that might be able to help you. For example, if you're integrating Stripe Checkout and need some help, just search all todos with "Stripe Checkout" to see who else has implemented it before.

What's next
The search functionality is far from finished and we have many ideas on how to improve it. That said, I'd love to hear what YOU like to see next. How can we make the search even more useful to you?

Good idea on finding others who have implemented something before
I think search could belong in the header. Perhaps in the center. I don't think people will discover it in the more menu. Would be cool if you extended it in future to be work like the wip menu bar app as well, so if you are logged in you could create/complete todos from it.
Yes, definitely want to move it to a more prominent place. Top bar seems reasonable.
Love the idea to add /commands to it. We already have a compose option on the homepage (or anywhere on the page by pressing
N), but integrating it into that always-visible search bar would make it more discoverable.Quick mockup
