Yep, that's what we do on #rayfeed. So far it's been working well and the email delivery is quick usind SendGrid. We didn't have any complaints either.
We do it via text at Startup. Has been working great for the past 2 or 3 years. Nobody has complained yet about not having to remember yet another username and password.
We give people the option on #writeas and though it's definitely used, the majority of users still log in with username and password. It could be us down-playing the option to log in via email, but people don't complain too much about logging in with a password.
Very curious about this since I saw how flawless it can work on zeit. Is anyone using it with a massive user base?
