- Think about who is your target market. Where do they read, hang out (online and offline), etc. Reach out to them in those places.
- Form relationships with folk who have your target market with a non-competing, complimentary to yours product or service. Figure out how it would benefit them to reach out to your market for you.
- Create something catchy and shareable - image in social media? YouTube video? That has a call to action to sign up...
Thank you so much @jillbinder ! Your suggestion is great. Well, I'm gonna try to put it on PH too, the product is ohnut.co. I'm compiling a list of relevant people in the industry to share this to. Also, building the social media.
fwiw, we already have a personal record. For ex if you go to my page, you can see my "highest" of 30.
Part of why I fell off the bandwagon is I burned out shipping every day.
I vote for shipping 5 out of 7 days means you don't lose your streak. You don't add to it either, but you don't lose it.
I also vote for it has to be a legit ship on a legit project.
How did you start?
What is your next big goal(s)?
What is the end goal?
Level 2.
I did extensive user testing on it before creating it, and so I got feedback about if it would be helpful and how to make it better for others. A bunch of people said they'd pay for it without prompting.... which isn't validated yet, but I am hopeful. ^_^
But I'd say level 2 is validated with the feedback I've gotten for the beta release.
One of my subcontractors did van life. He was the hardest to work with:
- He had a refurbed van that was always breaking down so he was always working on it rather than on the work I needed done
- He wasn't always in data/wifi range. He wouldn't know the situation in advance so I'd never know when he was avail.
- He went through crazy weather and was often just surviving the weather rather than being able to work
- Got sick a lot. See #3.
- He couldn't always find places to park overnight, so a lot of his time was spent on that.
I'm sure it can be done, but it def doesn't seem as easy to me as going to one spot with good wifi for a while.
All my notes go into Notational Velocity. It's super fast to take notes, search through my notes, and it keeps everything in one place.
All my assets go into a project folder in Dropbox.
It's a very quick "not spending time organizing" kind of system so I can focus more on the doing.
Canada: pretty bad here
How does government r authorities fight with such crimes in Canada? Given that more than 90 percent fraudsters are international?
I have no idea if they do!
I figured it too... i can see some efforts by FBI in US but thats about it.... I am thinking of building a non-profit to fight this problem and it seems a problem which isnt taken care of yet.
