figure out why my digital ocean droplet express server was *really* slow to run. added SWC and now it starts in ~3seconds (like nextjs)

setup digital ocean droplet for server operations. was running background jobs/crons etc on nextjs/vercel. they have a 10 sec serverless functions limitation or you have to pay. prefer setting up a VPS and have no other random framework constraints so here we are
