Oh, can't edit my question. But here it goes:
I'm building a static site with google sheets + middleman + netlify. Currently, google sheets -> json conversion is done manually and have to be commited to git. (I know that I can use sheetsu as an API)
But I would like to move away from google services completely — i don't use google for personal use and don't want to use them for business. it just so happened that sourcing data was easier through google sheets.
I'm eye banging airtable as replacement. Anyone did integration with them, so it could be used as a database for static site?
Have you considered platforms like udemy? They seem to monetize better.
I've not, I always thought my tutorials were always to much of a one off. I might give that a shot :)
I wrote a very simple google sheets template for tracking such things. Actually I even put it up on gumroad for sale, since some people kept asking me about it
