Yes. One time would be best.
There is always a market for a better form builder. Forms for Indies - I think this might work. Something specific around coming soon pages, pre-sales, user surveys, etc. It is a different use case, and a niche.
Something like feedback command would be great. I like providing feedback, as it provides me with an opportunity to be of assistance, and I learn a ton. but need to get through so many messages on chat to find opportunities to provide feedback.
for me - time from idea to getting the first sale.
I like one time fees. But, most software products that I have bought on one time fees, usually do not stick around. Have switched on a couple of WP related products from one time fees to annual/lifetime license. So grudgingly accept that I need to pay for a continued and professional service. Thankfully have lifetime licenses to several products.
No Stripe in South Africa. Not sure I would be comfortable sharing revenue data.
