Many free resources 1. WordPress.com allows you to modify their legal docs. en.wordpress.com/tos/. 2. Also this github.com/appdotnet/template… 3. www.shopify.co.za/tools/polic…. I am not a lawyer. Use these only if you know what you are doing.

It differs across projects, but simple text seems to work best for me. Have not tested this as a formal A/B test, but have seen higher open rates with simple text.

I once got a free ride to a hotel, and got a stack of coupons from the driver. The hotel and/or taxi service were charging companies to be included in the coupon book. Business trip, so did not use many of the coupons. Maybe an idea.

Experience as someone who has signed up for way too many upcoming projects on SHIP.

  1. Signup is super simple, which is great
  2. Signup form works less well on mobile than on tablets or desktop.
  3. I often have no clue what the product builders are communicating. I think builders must remember I may not remember your project, so an easy fix with copy.
  4. While I appreciate the opportunity, telling me to answer another survey is too much work - product survey fatigue.
  5. Some cool betas and some nice intro offers - really interesting to learn.
  6. Now that I think about it, I do not think I have heard from the majority of products I subscribed to. So maybe product owners just using it to test initial demand?

Hope this helps
