walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about the African trip via africahowareyou and the many ways I could be killed (while sleeping sticking a knife in my stomach - reel deep, shaking my hand while infecting me with HIV because there’s a needle in the palm of the hand that has infected blood on it; cutting my calves (so I get hurt) when I’m about to start running and can’t continue because I would need to stop the bleeding of course). This is me having thoughts about African countries and a continent that except for Morocco I’ve never met. I also had the thought to make a crazy wild and super loud rain dance or something when I feel I’ve been followed by people to get other people’s attention and make my followers go away. And I thought to create a shirt that says hashtag „africahowareyou“ with the African continent in heart shape and in the back of shirt it says „Please don’t kill me. I’m a friend like you.“ This shirt is likely to be used, I feel. Also, I thought about potential conversations I could have explaining my decision to go to Africa, although I would have no reason to explain it. I’m simply bored and partly disgusted by the Western lifestyle and how they pretend it’s all fine where lots of parts in the world ARE NOT FINE AT ALL. I find that ignorant and I’ve been ignorant for the biggest part of my life. I’m having some connections in Africa that I could warm up. #health
