walked 1.8km š - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Third night with a late night walk. Birds are active, even loud, low temperatures, fairly cold but also very refreshing #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: After yesterday having missed to walk outside, today/tonight I had another 1am night walk. Nicely fresh and calm outside. Very refreshing air. Iām on a rather inconsistent rhythm in terms of doing the walk. Next week I want to improve, starting Monday. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Midnight walk, late but fine. Nice silence only birds to hear and some cars on the road. In total pretty enjoyable and the majesty of the moonshine. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: A good night walk with full moon that created an enlightened atmosphere, protection and calm. Fairly fresh outside which makes the likelihood of a good sleep afterwords high. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Another night walk, need to make sure Iām getting out in daylight so Iām turning into a vampire or something :P #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: knees both ok, still very cold outside due to clear sky; 4 days in a row with moon shining. Makes a tremendous difference on the mood to walk several days at midnight (dark and moon) and to walk several days at noon time (with sun and blue sky). #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Bit faster than yesterday. Pretty cold outside at 23:00. Knees seem ok, will do gentle exercises today. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 16,75 km/h - remarks: Good morning walk. Realized that a short night sleep (6h) is preferable over long night sleep (8h) because Iām getting out of bed better. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Good and refreshing 10pm night walk with flip-flops and only some travel-related thoughts (Madagascar) and the enjoyment of the Sichelmond (moon shaped as crescent). #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) š - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that Iāll change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of todayās includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: deep-in-the-night walk with very dark sky and wood only the street lights and stars illuminated the path (bit scary and I observed myself feeling fear and walking faster than usual - the chirping birds kind of calmed me down anyway). Overall super fresh air whereas during the day it as super nicely warm. Itās close to perfect weather right now: At daytime 25-30 degrees with sun and blue sky and at night fresh temperatures (even cold-ish) so one can sleep very well, and itās calm during the night - one advantage of living at the edge of a city close to nature. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Cloudy and fresh but not cold this morning #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Beautiful midnight walk - not better or worse than a sunny-day walk only different. Still the chirping out of the dark trees make the whole difference and make the darkness less scary. Also having seen a rabbit running along the road is super fun. Their speed is incredible and the tail-swinging unique :P #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnāt feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itās in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iām happy with how the day went and Iād say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnāt do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenāt planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
