walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating Barça yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down what’s written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. I’m fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the „day job“. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353… #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the „used“ influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though I’m not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Weather is fine, got up late because it were long days these last days - mainly because of a couchsurfing stay which made me change my day progress #health
walked 2.6km 🏃 - time: 24 min - average speed: 6,50 km/h - remarks: A two-way morning walk incl. a return walk, combining pleasure with duty (passport retrieval) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Switched from 5km to 1,8km of walking because I want to spend more time (30 minutes instead of 15 minutes) on the home bike. Used the walk to digest the surprising news and made a plan. Basically I’ll move to another place, where? I don’t know yet. - apart from that: super slow walk. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: Again slower today but that’s ok. Especially the right knee is causing trouble when contracted and the left knee when making sudden moves. Will try actions that are more mellow to the knee. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 44 min - average speed: 6,82 km/h - remarks: because I was out at 11pm I was able to see a large group of animals I wasn’t able to identity - they thought no human would be out there at that time and flew the moment they saw me 😉 #health #nature
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42 min - average speed: 7,14 km/h - remarks: what was melted got frozen again so walking was a bit like on a glacier #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesn’t work smoothly in the beginning but that’s ok #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze („amazing“ ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions — both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Warm, sunny, almost every day looks the same. Starts getting boring if I’d focus on weather conditions only - only yesterday it was cloudy (and accordingly refreshing) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because it’s kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadn’t moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk I’ve been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. I’m feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health
