Feeling much more energized today #life

Man, do I love Mondays! Nothing better than realizing you can do what you love for the whole week.

client work while sitting outside, I think I'm noticing that being outside when the sun is out has a big positive effect on my mood, above what I was able to get with just Vitamin D capsules (although maybe I wasn't taking enough?)

Motivation is back! This week I have struggled to get down at work, feeling apathetic and unmotivated most of the days. However, today has been a rather productive Sunday. Anyway, these days I’m basically doing cleanups and chores to reduce entropy rather than making consistent progress in a single project #life

Rainy Monday. Fine, I have work to do anyway #thepaulhlife

Depression kinda lifting since I'm redirecting all that energy into work (or at least just stuffing it all down where it belongs again lol) #life

work a bit extra today for my day job so I can enjoy some sun tomorrow afternoon

still feeling tired but mentally fresh (ikr, weird combo), so doing some tiny tasks today #leifinlavida

Talked with a lot of people. Feel energized again.

took meds to make my brain function again so I can get through this mountain of work, and OMG THE DIFFERENCE 😻 I feel alive again. #life

it's pretty cool outside, should be good for productivity
