walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
home-biked 30 minutes plus walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: Wild (uncalm) thoughts with the conclusion that I will have a small-scale sabbatical next for 7 days to relax and spend time on (also non-business) projects I neglected in the last weeks - and maybe start doing meditation, maybe - fastest walk this week! #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: walked with 30 minutes of home-bike training in my legs (I started today because my legs started to get weak again), apart from that I thought about a daily 10-seconds show on youtube that uses gaps to tell the story - the gaps also create rhythms (a storytelling / narrative and voiceover experiment) in the realm of stolenvoice #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze („amazing“ ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions — both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,25 min - average speed: 7,64 km/h - remarks: by far the fastest 5k so far; and I really made an effort to be fast this time because I wanted to check this walk for today. And I think I could even be faster because walking the stairs up and down takes at least 20 seconds. In terms of thoughts only a good feeling that I made more little progress in terms of voiceover, feels actually very good. Apart from that no big other thoughts. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that I’ll change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of today’s includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: but I ran around 200 meters to test my knees which went with no pain #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Switched from 5km to 1,8km of walking because I want to spend more time (30 minutes instead of 15 minutes) on the home bike. Used the walk to digest the surprising news and made a plan. Basically I’ll move to another place, where? I don’t know yet. - apart from that: super slow walk. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No real big thoughts only a bit of a reflection on an upcoming call next week with a person I had spent a good amount of time with #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: sunny day - noticed: walking first thing in the morning clearly affects my mood (or in other words: I let the lack and presence of the sun influence my mood because I’m in control of it). However, having the sun outside while walking 5k clearly makes the the beginning of the day easier, especially because it’s an accomplishment in the morning after getting up felt more like a pain („getting out of warm bed with cold air in the room due to window open“ pain); Had the thought: The challenge is to keep up with the routine while not making it a boring experience. Had another thought: My life in exaggerated notions: Teens (10s) = the weird years, Twenties (20s) = the „drunk“ years though I started drinking with something around 22 (late), Thirties (30s) = the serious years. Though exaggerated it’s accurate. Over and out. #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artist’s name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: 2nd day with close to no pain in knees #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: Fantastically cold again. No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, it’s fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you don’t reset yourself regularly - I’d assume. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating Barça yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down what’s written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didn’t feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didn’t do yesterday 🙁 #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 15,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: Knees felt good cos I had 30-minute bike ride before (so they were warmed up); just continued digesting my thoughts on a new show concept I’d like to experiment with - it would include the German and English language and be selfish because I’d practice speaking in both language and it would not be selfish because of what (the content) I’d present. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
