walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesnāt work smoothly in the beginning but thatās ok #health
walked 5km š - time: 43,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: one of the slowest fast-walks so far though I liked the mental bridges I had created during the walk (potencial/potency = close by legs, energy = arms, thinking = head) that served as 3 shortcuts to remember my thoughts and write them down back in the house #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnāt feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itās in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: something is going on - I was again faster than yesterday! Incredible. Also, had a an interesting thought towards the end of my walk which I executed immediately (an āunlockā page for stolenvoice to arouse curiosity) #health
walked 20km š - time: 190 min - average speed: 6,32 km/h - remarks: Long walk on Sunday as part of my Sunday artist date, awesome feeling afterwards especially knowing that I endured the distance and walked only a little more than 3 hours while taking photos and audio-record on the fly. #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,25 min - average speed: 7,64 km/h - remarks: by far the fastest 5k so far; and I really made an effort to be fast this time because I wanted to check this walk for today. And I think I could even be faster because walking the stairs up and down takes at least 20 seconds. In terms of thoughts only a good feeling that I made more little progress in terms of voiceover, feels actually very good. Apart from that no big other thoughts. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the āusedā influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 5km š - time: 44 min - average speed: 6,82 km/h - remarks: nope, only that I invented 3 new characters/identities to add to my character library #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didnāt feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didnāt do yesterday š #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
walked 10km š - time: 180 min - average speed: 3,33 km/h - remarks: It was not a regular walk like usual but part of my artist date where I take breaks, read, take photos, sit and enjoy what surrounds me. The 10km is an estimation based on what Google Maps told me. #health
walked 5km š - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: During the walk I had an idea for a naii blog post that kept me busy for the next 2.75h after I returned back to the house, and I had first rough idea for the UI of studiolist (dark-blue/gray/purple-ish + yellow color scheme - so it looks a bit technical but not too technical) #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze (āamazingā ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions ā both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) š - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (āmini humansā), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereās that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatās fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts again, processing the day kind of and thinking that the 5kchallenge (my African trip) is dependent not only on making those 5k revenue out of my vo business, but also dependent on whether I actually get soycubano written until end of August 2018 - because I donā t want enter a wild journey when I havenāt fully reviewed and process (plus written) the story of my 2018 adventure in Cuba. So, thereās that. Overall an interesting day with a strong focus on my stolenvoice business - no practicing commercial scripts though which I want to do tomorrow since business AND art is important to stay in shape. - oh and another fast walk today, Iām surprised and like it! #health
