had a 30m call with a person from upwork - the person sounds very professional, so gonna give him that gig. Was nervous since it's my first video call for outsourced work - but then I believe the communication is a lot better than just going through written messages
upwork outsourcing: Person said "work is finished" - we have the call and there were some grave mistakes in the analysis. Luckliy the guy will correct them without any extra costs. Still: communication is hard! (I communicated this thing with him both in written and spoken form)
