🤖 standardized a half dozen projects to match our existing setup and got those deployed and moved over. Claude is pretty good at this. Also moved a telegram bot and it came right up on the new setup.

💸 Realized once I move my last two managed databases off of DO, my Hetzner bill will be 2/3 of what I was paying for those last two servers. My new stack is three servers at 1/5 the cost of my total DO bill was.

🚜 Changed my Traefik proxy to Caddy via coolify to see if that helps with a few performance issues

🤔 trying to figure out why my new Coolify + Hetzner server is only get ~2 requests a second vs. my old slow one had ~90 requests a second. I think it's a remote database server slowing everything down.

🚀 Set up a new Hetzner server to swap out my last DO server. Their dedicated resources are faster than their virutal resources which makes no sense.
