WIP.chat suggestion: official time

I have already lost some streaks because of my timezone so I would like to suggest to add the official time that WIP is working. I dont know if anybody else is dealing with this issue but here it is my opinion.

btw, great product @marckohlbrugge ! I am loving it!

Wipbot works in UTC. Send the /countdown command to know how much time you have before the day rolls over for another streak.

Good point! Like @pugson mentioned we use UTC time and you can use the /countdown command to see how many time is left until UTC midnight (aka "the shippening").

I'll consider adding a UTC clock on the website somewhere too.
