Stripe company vs product information

Question

Hey there, I have an LLC in the USA. I am not a resident of USA. 
I have a Stripe account for my product Mapmelon

I have some doubts when filling out my Stripe Account information. 
I don't know where should I put my company info and where my product one.

Here are some screenshots of how it is right now. Do you see something wrong?
Do you have a similar situation? 
How have you filled out this information?

Business details would be elsewhere
