No chat in landing how to handle support without spam?

I did remove chat on my landing to just have email.
I was happy about this move, until a bullshit marketer found the email, and now they spam me with ADS 20 times a day.

What are your best practices for that?



Maybe not that helpful since you already removed live chat from your landing page, but that's exactly why I built #watchdog - what were you using for live chat? It has a Crisp integration and can moderate the messages in your live chat.

It can also answer questions about your product. Let me know if you want to give it a shot as it sounds like it might be able to solve your problem.

Yea but i don't want live chat, I had no issue with it but I don't have enough support to have another tool.

I’d add trigger filter keywords. Seems the simplest way. You can also add recaptcha or gpt review but more work I guess

i think i will set email worker of CF to pre filter before receiving it

If you receive those mails to your Gmail, can't you mark them as spam? Also, I think you can also block the sender

i keep doing it but they use new mailbox each time

I have done this to prevent issues, basically a challenge for bot, and then redirect to mailto. This should prevent scrapping
