How to do it yourself:

The simplest way to do this in my opinion is to get a hosting package somewhere with unlimited domains. Can be some shared host somewhere. In the cPanel of the hosting you can create a "Catch All Email" address. All the emails for the domain will then be forwarded.

Then you just have to change the MX servers to the new host and done.
