Question
Any ideas on how to do Privacy Policy / Terms
I'm required to have a Privacy policy in order to allow Google Login. I've so far looked tried termly.io, but it seems a bit expensive to get the branding off and also integrate the policy on to the website.
I'm wondering what everyone else is doing here?

I used Rocket Lawyer. It's free, BUT it doesn't cover you with legal advice. (They have an upgrade option.)
An agency I freelance with uses Termageddon for all their clients' websites, which comes with legal protection at $12/month.
(Quite frankly, since I'm such a nobody, I opted to not pay for legal advice until I'm generating more revenue and my website gets more traffic. Also, since I'm not selling anything directly on my website (it's through sales calls, not even a POS on my site), I don't need as much protection there yet.)
I also found this resource: www.websitepolicies.com/blog/…
I would expressly AVOID using ChatGPT and other generative AI and go with something that's actually verifiable.
I don't do anything for terms or privacy because I'm not doing enough revenue to care. Once I start hitting over, say, a few thousand USD/mo in revenue I'll pay a lawyer to put something together
In the meantime, if anyone wants to come after me and sue me because of perceived privacy issues they're welcome to do that, they will only get a max of $300 (which is all I keep in my company bank account) and they won't get any of my personal assets because I have a LLC and keep everything separate
@ben That's helpful Ben! Thanks for the response. I also don't have any revenue currently and have an LLC in the US. So I think I have the same situation as you. Will stop worrying about it until I have users
