I don’t have strong opinions at this point, but I’m beginning to move everything under a single domain.
Im doing this because it makes more sense to have both the app and the content on the same domain to me.
Separating the app and marketing site simply means I have to write twice the amount of code - especially for the styles - when a single layer is sufficient.
It also helps if the app can be exposed to get SEO, which is generally what I do at this point.

I have run my courses (text content) through my personal dev tooling. If you’re open to a little bit of coding I can share that with you.

Currently, the goal is to ship it for sale as fast as possible. I plan to move it to a properly coded solution and host it myself later.

Just wondering: Did you write articles in both languages or did you translate one of them with AI?
One way is to use filters to manage the inbox :)
I've tried and use filters on Gmail, but for some reason emails start coming back to inbox, and I have to be constantly re-updating filters or creating new ones
