time from waking up until starting to work: ~11min (bathroom/social media, weigh myself, brush teeth). client work today, goal is 8hrs billed. Break to make & eat eggs, drink tomato juice, eat a carrot, do Spanish, order food from 2 different places: 40mins.
new goal: bill clients 8hrs/day for 2 weeks and then focus 100% on my projects for 2 weeks
client work; took a 60mg lycopene capsule for the first time ever to see if it will help me from feeling mentally tired/headachey after a few hours of work. Ordered magnesium supplements b/c I've heard people praising them for mental clarity.
order 60mg lycopene capsules to test whether that is what is getting rid of my mental tiredness when I drink tomato juice. h/t @fredrik
had a tomato juice and felt my mental tiredness dramatically go away, so I had two more. I need to make this a core part of my work process. I think it's the antioxidants.
client work while sitting outside, I think I'm noticing that being outside when the sun is out has a big positive effect on my mood, above what I was able to get with just Vitamin D capsules (although maybe I wasn't taking enough?)
