Thanks for the answer! I ended up incorporating federally. Here in B.C., the registration fee is 2X that of federal incorporation, so I may not have made the best decision.

Like Pawel suggested, personal records would be a great idea. Fixes the motivation issue without the pay-to-win feeling. If you wanted to charge for the feature, I'd pay.

@swizec You could always sell the IP to your company before an acquisition, I suppose.

It can cause me to put low-priority things on the /todo. Instead, I'm learning to break down big, important tasks and mark them as /done as I do them.
