How do I get users for something I don't want to launch yet?

This is for https://polltime.co - I want to get some users who'd give me their feedback about the tool.

I don't want to put it up on PH or something right now though.

Do a twitter search "doing a poll". People who are thinking of running a poll, give them an option to do so.

You can use Product Hunt to create an Upcoming page. Build an email list and offer it to beta testers :)

Are you willing to spend money? You can incentivize users with contests/giveaways that are promoted via paid ads. You can also try to ask your own network (friends/family/LinkedIn, etc) and their networks for feedback.
