I might do a $500 contest to review my sites on YouTube. Best wins the money. What do you think?

You could find an established youtuber in your micro niche and see if they are willing to review your sites first. I worry about the quality of the videos from a contest

yeah, that's a fair point! Better to pursue free ways as well first and just ask people to review.
