Welcome @jason! Good to have you here. I'm from Sydney too, not that many indies here.

Nice to meet you @igas! We'll represent Sydney then haha =]

For me it's some mix of 1, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21.

#1 - Money - FAANG level
#7 - Purpose - Makes my soul dance
#10 - VC Funded - If money takes risk, so will I
#11 - Position/Title - Matches skill level
#13 - No BS - Startup without PMs dictating
#14 - No Politics - 6 Engineers + Designer
#15 - Engineering Led - CEO/Founder is a Developer
#17 - Traction - Has customers, taking flight
#18 - Respects Engineering - Autonomy, space, time
#19 - Correct Equity - Commensurate with role/experience
#20 - Right Org Type - Product, Tech, Non-Tech, NGO, Gov, etc.
#21 - Remote/On-site - Right mix for me

I generally agree with @ben and @hugopenna. I tried to find the match on YC. All people with skill that I lack has ideas. ALL their ideas are something in crypto (not even mentioning blockchain) or AI. For me I guess it needs to be some kind vetted community, maybe even paid, or matchmaking for engineers with an idea that people willing to help with sales, marketing, SEO etc

I do accountability sessions, we have a call with a friend, sometimes sharing screens, we work on our own things and when we have a break we discuss what we've done and what are we planning to do. If you want, we can try that. Offer extends to others too, but I'm in Australia, mine your TZ.

Thank you so much @igas! What a nice offer. Sounds fun.

twitter.com/igasgeek have not been active lately, but hopefully be back soon.

People are bad at security, and trusting platforms/managing multiple is hard. I'm more and more for magic links.

The benefit for SaaS makers - people can share passwords to reuse the seat; they will be more hesitant and more inconvenient to share email

Brilliant insight, Igor. Imagine if Netflix had implemented magic links. Boomz, suddenly account sharing dropped drastically.
