Thanks Rod for your review and your advice. :)
Thanks for your time Marc, yes you are right, if you work with the right people, you don't need it. Your point about reliability is a great hint.
Thanks Ben for your review, very good points.
Thank you, Cat, for the honest review and excellent thoughts on all points. It really helps me to see it from a different perspective and things I've forgotten or not even considered.
Sorry to hear that, I hope they can sort that out, maybe trademark flexi-jobs.uk helps.
Hahha yeah that dude, tricked the system always.
I think you have to present in your trademark register the assets that belong to the patent, brand, logo, website, etc.
The problem is that these guys reached out to AWS, AWS reached out to the job board SaaS and threatened to take the platform down

I had a friend who had a German .de domain.
A company wrote to him that they own the brand and the .com domain, and they would claim the .de domain with lawyers against him.
He changed the domain to a different provider and wrote to the company, "Sorry I sold it."
After years, he checked his inbox and the company was begging to buy it from him.
He sold it for good money back then.
Cool story!
