🗞 Working on getting sponsorship back into shape for
#djangonews - since moving to Buttondown we haven't quite automated the right things
🔨 I made some substantial changes behind the scenes for how #djangonews Buttondown integration works. We can't really trust their UI to be multi-users so that forces us to write our own system and automate tha then publish via their API. 🤷
🗞 Drafted #djangonews #347 and worked on a better Claude + Buttondown workflow to sync directly with the API
🚜 ship a change to import Buttondown newsletters and match the markdown format against our own #djangonews database
📧 🔨 Got #djangonews rebuilt and moved over the Buttondown and #334 is queued up for tomorrow on the off chance it actually ships 😬
🚜 Working on moving #djangonews from Curated (owned by Buttondown) to Buttondown. Kind of a pain but Curated is not being maintained anymore 🤷
