walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Extraordinary weather, good mood and sunshine. First day of filling the 5-minute journal. Only in terms of what I got done not that nice. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmmā¦ maybe I didnāt stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. Itās right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film Iāve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 18,5 min - average speed: 5,84 km/h - remarks: Gray, cloudy, slightly rainy morning. Feels a bit depressing but then I was thinking about vlogging since I actually reviewed a landing page that was purely about vlogging (vlogology.com). Vlogging has one nice aspect: It forces you to be(come) creative throughout the day so what youāll be telling your final vlog episode is actually interesting in one way or the other. Instead of watching a series on Netflix you can produce your own little ādramaā series. Why not? #health
walked 5km š - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the āusedā influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Knees kind of ok, only some small pinching in the right knee when doing sudden movements. Thought about the benefit of voiceover: it facilitates expressing emotions that I normally wouldnāt feel or express or at least not in the intensity. So, VO a School of Emotion? Yes, something like that. #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: some pinching in the right knee (probably due to cold weather), came up with the name for a new project to list sound recording studios for traveling voice artists like myself #studiolist #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Another sunny day with warm temperatures and blue sky, just nice but the worst weather to get work done when you hear ālifeā outside. In terms of thoughts not much noise happening - my mind = a calm sea #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iāll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: scaryā¦ 3rd day in a row with the same 41,5 minutes of walking time, also scary (in a positive sense) is the obscurity due to the fog outside, perfect setting for B/C horror movie setting. Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. Feels good doing it and makes me feel good. #health
walked 5km š - time: 43,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: one of the slowest fast-walks so far though I liked the mental bridges I had created during the walk (potencial/potency = close by legs, energy = arms, thinking = head) that served as 3 shortcuts to remember my thoughts and write them down back in the house #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Warm, sunny, almost every day looks the same. Starts getting boring if Iād focus on weather conditions only - only yesterday it was cloudy (and accordingly refreshing) #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze (āamazingā ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions ā both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. Iām fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the āday jobā. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353ā¦ #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: Again slower today but thatās ok. Especially the right knee is causing trouble when contracted and the left knee when making sudden moves. Will try actions that are more mellow to the knee. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iām happy with how the day went and Iād say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnāt do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenāt planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) š - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artistās name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
