walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: took a little shortcut (few meters less), beside that lots of thoughts running through my head mostly because of starting with a new daily routine today (practicing my craft) which usually doesn’t work smoothly in the beginning but that’s ok #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating Barça yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down what’s written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health

Still the chirping out of the dark trees make the whole difference and make the darkness less scary. Also having seen a rabbit running along the road is super fun. Their speed is incredible and the tail-swinging unique :P #health

Makes a tremendous difference on the mood to walk several days at midnight (dark and moon) and to walk several days at noon time (with sun and blue sky). #health

Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether I’m happy with how the day went and I’d say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didn’t do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I haven’t planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 20km 🏃 - time: 190 min - average speed: 6,32 km/h - remarks: Long walk on Sunday as part of my Sunday artist date, awesome feeling afterwards especially knowing that I endured the distance and walked only a little more than 3 hours while taking photos and audio-record on the fly. #health

Like this kind of goal-setting. Being specific about goal-setting is key. Knee-wise: some pinching in both knee. Will see how they feel after the home-bike ride. #health
