walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didnāt feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didnāt do yesterday š #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. Iām fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the āday jobā. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353ā¦ #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnāt feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itās in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because itās kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health
walked 5km š - time: 42 min - average speed: 7,14 km/h - remarks: what was melted got frozen again so walking was a bit like on a glacier #health
walked 5.7km š - time: 45,5 min - average speed: 7,52 km/h - remarks: first time walk at my broās neighborhood north of Berlin, felt good, was fricking cold but for now the fastest time - and walked bit more than 5km because there was no other route to walk #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Weather is fine, got up late because it were long days these last days - mainly because of a couchsurfing stay which made me change my day progress #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Another early morning walk directly after getting up. Building up a routine - unplanned. Still super warm early in the day already but in the shades agreeable š I built my strategy to deal with the heat during the working day - super cold water on the head works wonders š #health
walked 2.6km š - time: 24 min - average speed: 6,50 km/h - remarks: A two-way morning walk incl. a return walk, combining pleasure with duty (passport retrieval) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Almost spooky how constantly good the weather is. Around 15-16 degrees centigrade in the morning and up to 28 degrees in the afternoon. No rain, only blue sky, sunshine and some refreshing breeze of wind #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Little pinching in the right knee only; no wild or disorganized thoughts; walked with my sweater and scarf only, no jacket needed, around 10 degrees outside (nice and fresh); Scottish bulls are there again doing their thing - standing and moving their mouths and farting around; again a not so good speed performance, wanting to reach more than 7 km/h tomorrow and the days after #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadnāt moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk Iāve been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. Iām feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Warm, sunny, almost every day looks the same. Starts getting boring if Iād focus on weather conditions only - only yesterday it was cloudy (and accordingly refreshing) #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating BarƧa yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down whatās written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze (āamazingā ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions ā both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though Iām not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iām happy with how the day went and Iād say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnāt do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenāt planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: something is going on - I was again faster than yesterday! Incredible. Also, had a an interesting thought towards the end of my walk which I executed immediately (an āunlockā page for stolenvoice to arouse curiosity) #health
