fix bug where #nomads dating would check for file_exists(/assets/img/users/user_id-100px.jpg) to not show users without profile pics, but we switched to Cloudflare Image Resizing and stopped internally scaling images so we were not showing new users in the dating matrix (except if ran on the fly after running out of dating matrix profiles) so new users were prioritized low

fix city images overwritten by filter slugs with same name as city cause people search a city #nomads

fallback to country image if no city image yet (like for new cities added cause Unsplash API bot didn’t run yet) #nomads

make downloadCityImages.php worker which downloads highest upvoted pics from Unsplash and Wikipedia and scales them to 1500, 100, 500px etc. and saves them locally #nomads
