walked 5km đ - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: walked with 30 minutes of home-bike training in my legs (I started today because my legs started to get weak again), apart from that I thought about a daily 10-seconds show on youtube that uses gaps to tell the story - the gaps also create rhythms (a storytelling / narrative and voiceover experiment) in the realm of stolenvoice #health
walked 5km đ - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesnât only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up whatâs important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all itâs good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if Iâm feeling I add some workout to it. #health
walked 5km đ - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 5km đ - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
walked 20km đ - time: 190 min - average speed: 6,32 km/h - remarks: Long walk on Sunday as part of my Sunday artist date, awesome feeling afterwards especially knowing that I endured the distance and walked only a little more than 3 hours while taking photos and audio-record on the fly. #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) đ - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artistâs name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 15,25 min - average speed: 7,08 km/h - remarks: Experienced the magic of wanting because today I walked fast than 7 km/h after I defined that goal yesterday. Like this kind of goal-setting. Being specific about goal-setting is key. Knee-wise: some pinching in both knee. Will see how they feel after the home-bike ride. #health
walked 5km đ - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: During the walk I had an idea for a naii blog post that kept me busy for the next 2.75h after I returned back to the house, and I had first rough idea for the UI of studiolist (dark-blue/gray/purple-ish + yellow color scheme - so it looks a bit technical but not too technical) #health
walked 5km đ - time: 47 min - average speed: 6,38 km/h - remarks: took old clothes to clothes collection (Humana), met old soccer colleague (and talked) and created the âdonkey bridgeâ (EselsbrĂźcke) âstolen-focus-death-2goâ to remember what I thought of during walking and take notes after when back at the computer #health
walked 5km đ - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Walking was fine. Sun was out, super cold though. Invented a new character (âJĂśrkâ) which I plan to use for a comedy format. Iâll see. And: fastest walking speed this week! #health
walked 5km đ - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts again, processing the day kind of and thinking that the 5kchallenge (my African trip) is dependent not only on making those 5k revenue out of my vo business, but also dependent on whether I actually get soycubano written until end of August 2018 - because I donâ t want enter a wild journey when I havenât fully reviewed and process (plus written) the story of my 2018 adventure in Cuba. So, thereâs that. Overall an interesting day with a strong focus on my stolenvoice business - no practicing commercial scripts though which I want to do tomorrow since business AND art is important to stay in shape. - oh and another fast walk today, Iâm surprised and like it! #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though Iâm not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
walked 5km đ - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because itâs kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didnât feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didnât do yesterday đ #health
walked 5km đ - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iâll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: After yesterday having missed to walk outside, today/tonight I had another 1am night walk. Nicely fresh and calm outside. Very refreshing air. Iâm on a rather inconsistent rhythm in terms of doing the walk. Next week I want to improve, starting Monday. #health
walked 1.8km đ - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that Iâll change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of todayâs includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 5km đ - time: 41,50 min - average speed: 7,25 km/h - remarks: walking was 1 minute slower mainly because head was heavier with thoughts than yesterday, wasted literally hours because I did let myself distract by a request of a potential client for consulting although I only offer consulting as part of freewritecamp (and that works pro bono). Also learned that ârsyncâ doesnât ask for permission to overwrite existing folders, it simply overwrites. That makes the transition from one web server to the other no longer a finished task - I could have checked before but instead I assumed it would be working like a user-friendly GUI works *ätsch* it doesnât. Lessons learned: Know what destination youâre aiming at. If consulting work is not your focus right now then donât let it become a thing. Also, double-check how a terminal command that you donât know works and test it in the sandbox before you apply it in the real world. Apart from that my knees are ok. I feel the daily 5km walk is doing good them, though I observed that my legs adjusted to that little workout and the muscles start to reduce already - will want to add more workout time in the day (having a plan, only need to execute it and make it habit I stick to) #health
walked 5.7km đ - time: 45,5 min - average speed: 7,52 km/h - remarks: first time walk at my broâs neighborhood north of Berlin, felt good, was fricking cold but for now the fastest time - and walked bit more than 5km because there was no other route to walk #health
