walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: walking went fine, sun outside, not too cold in the sun. Thought about the paradise book and now defined that I will merge it with the concept of „identity“ book because Paradise is essentially about identity and „solving to decipher self-awareness“ #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42 min - average speed: 7,14 km/h - remarks: what was melted got frozen again so walking was a bit like on a glacier #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,15 min - average speed: 6,95 km/h - remarks: Took it easy today - that’s why the time is sooo bad - because I heard my knee grinding/crunching which should be alerting. It’s snow outside, yep it really is. Weather really can have bad temper and good attitude or maybe it’s just the interpretation of the weather (by people) that attribute good or bad (maybe). Like money is weather itself neutral. Weather doesn’t want to harm you or please. It’s just there or it isn’t - like money. Apart from that philosophic excursion I wrote a brain dump on why an actor’s life is worth it and that vlogging (in public) is actually stage experience. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so I’ll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Frosty this morning with white frost (Reif) or hoar frost (Raureif) but overall friendly. I feel like doing the weather report 😛 Right knee had some tension before the walk but after the walk now is fine. Had no dominating thoughts because I was busy freezing ^^ #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: melted snow which made walking harder and wetter but also fun - remembering childhood moments playing soccer in the snow *awesome* #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. I’m fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the „day job“. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353… #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: sunny again, cold to mild with regard to temperatures; thought about my copy delivery (theme park) and how I could make it sound more peer-to-peer/conversational/natural; had in mind that people can be appealing in terms of their outward appearance or their inner soul, meaning: you can love/like the inner soul of a person although he/she may have things on the surface you don’t consider pretty. So the lesson to learn is: Even if you don’t like the surface of a person (like you don’t like some things that person said), you can still learn from that person. To say it more direct and frank: Even if a person is ugly for you to look at (which is highly subjective) or an asshole in what he/she is saying, still keep your senses open to what it is he/she is expressing and how he/she is as a person. People don’t only say bad things and people are not only assholes - this is not a movie played by characters, it’s life played by humans which means that - in theory - you would be able to relate anybody’s decisions, notions and expression. #health
walked 5.7km 🏃 - time: 45,5 min - average speed: 7,52 km/h - remarks: first time walk at my bro’s neighborhood north of Berlin, felt good, was fricking cold but for now the fastest time - and walked bit more than 5km because there was no other route to walk #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesn’t only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up what’s important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all it’s good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if I’m feeling I add some workout to it. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 47 min - average speed: 6,38 km/h - remarks: took old clothes to clothes collection (Humana), met old soccer colleague (and talked) and created the „donkey bridge“ (Eselsbrücke) „stolen-focus-death-2go“ to remember what I thought of during walking and take notes after when back at the computer #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20,5 min - average speed: 5,27 km/h - remarks: A very slow walk mainly thinking whether a Dr. or PhD could be an option once I’m financially „settled“ - the topic I’d chose to research on would be obviously „The role of identity in the digital age“ #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: nope #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 15,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: Knees felt good cos I had 30-minute bike ride before (so they were warmed up); just continued digesting my thoughts on a new show concept I’d like to experiment with - it would include the German and English language and be selfish because I’d practice speaking in both language and it would not be selfish because of what (the content) I’d present. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: was mostly thinking about the meeting tomorrow with good old friend of mine (from primary school) and how much fun it would be to challenge myself to speak a decent British English accent within 7 days and having a fake interview or something to see how British I could sound #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artist’s name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didn’t feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didn’t do yesterday 🙁 #health
