walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: was mostly thinking about the meeting tomorrow with good old friend of mine (from primary school) and how much fun it would be to challenge myself to speak a decent British English accent within 7 days and having a fake interview or something to see how British I could sound #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) š - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artistās name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: some pinching in the right knee (probably due to cold weather), came up with the name for a new project to list sound recording studios for traveling voice artists like myself #studiolist #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
walked 5km š - time: 44 min - average speed: 6,82 km/h - remarks: nope, only that I invented 3 new characters/identities to add to my character library #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Knees kind of ok, only some small pinching in the right knee when doing sudden movements. Thought about the benefit of voiceover: it facilitates expressing emotions that I normally wouldnāt feel or express or at least not in the intensity. So, VO a School of Emotion? Yes, something like that. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmmā¦ maybe I didnāt stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. Itās right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film Iāve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: feeling a bit stressed because I have a social appointment of a few hours plus day 3 delivery for the studiolist project and the next lesson to deliver for freewritecamp, I hope to enjoy the social thing despite the pressure of tasks #health
walked 5km š - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though Iām not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health
walked 5km š - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: During the walk I had an idea for a naii blog post that kept me busy for the next 2.75h after I returned back to the house, and I had first rough idea for the UI of studiolist (dark-blue/gray/purple-ish + yellow color scheme - so it looks a bit technical but not too technical) #health
walked 5km š - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Walking was fine. Sun was out, super cold though. Invented a new character (āJƶrkā) which I plan to use for a comedy format. Iāll see. And: fastest walking speed this week! #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: Super confused in my head I was before the walk; after I now have more clarity. Not having dumped my thoughts for more than 4 weeks clearly shows that stuff has aggregated in my head. Not happy about it but working on improving it. One outcome is: I hope to concentrate on building things (products, stories, books, etc.) rather than serving people through my services. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iāll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: 2nd day with close to no pain in knees #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) š - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iām happy with how the day went and Iād say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnāt do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenāt planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (āmini humansā), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereās that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatās fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: Fantastically cold again. No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, itās fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you donāt reset yourself regularly - Iād assume. #health
