walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: was mostly thinking about the meeting tomorrow with good old friend of mine (from primary school) and how much fun it would be to challenge myself to speak a decent British English accent within 7 days and having a fake interview or something to see how British I could sound #health

walked 1.8km šŸƒ - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Knees kind of ok, only some small pinching in the right knee when doing sudden movements. Thought about the benefit of voiceover: it facilitates expressing emotions that I normally wouldnā€™t feel or express or at least not in the intensity. So, VO a School of Emotion? Yes, something like that. #health

walked 1.8km šŸƒ - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmmā€¦ maybe I didnā€™t stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. Itā€™s right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film Iā€™ve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health

walked 1.8km šŸƒ - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Again super slow in terms of average speed. Knees feeling fine cos I had bike training today already. Though Iā€™m not walking to be fast I want to increase the speed to at least reach more than 7 km/h as average speed. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 43 min - average speed: 6,98 km/h - remarks: During the walk I had an idea for a naii blog post that kept me busy for the next 2.75h after I returned back to the house, and I had first rough idea for the UI of studiolist (dark-blue/gray/purple-ish + yellow color scheme - so it looks a bit technical but not too technical) #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Walking was fine. Sun was out, super cold though. Invented a new character (ā€žJƶrkā€œ) which I plan to use for a comedy format. Iā€™ll see. And: fastest walking speed this week! #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: Super confused in my head I was before the walk; after I now have more clarity. Not having dumped my thoughts for more than 4 weeks clearly shows that stuff has aggregated in my head. Not happy about it but working on improving it. One outcome is: I hope to concentrate on building things (products, stories, books, etc.) rather than serving people through my services. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iā€™ll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health

walked 1.8km (well a bit more) šŸƒ - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iā€™m happy with how the day went and Iā€™d say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnā€™t do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenā€™t planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (ā€žmini humansā€œ), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereā€™s that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatā€™s fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: Fantastically cold again. No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, itā€™s fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you donā€™t reset yourself regularly - Iā€™d assume. #health
