on posting job, before doing a WHOIS check on domain creation date of company_email, apply_email and apply_url (to avoid spammers registering fake domains and posting job scams), check if the domains are already posted in the db before and skip the WHOIS check because it takes anywhere from a second to 10 seconds for odd TLDs and can result in 502 timeout errors #remoteok
