walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: Fantastically cold again. No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, it’s fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you don’t reset yourself regularly - I’d assume. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didn’t feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didn’t do yesterday 🙁 #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 44 min - average speed: 6,82 km/h - remarks: nope, only that I invented 3 new characters/identities to add to my character library #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42 min - average speed: 7,14 km/h - remarks: litte pinching pain in left knee and I had an idea for a brand name of my voiceover service #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts again, processing the day kind of and thinking that the 5kchallenge (my African trip) is dependent not only on making those 5k revenue out of my vo business, but also dependent on whether I actually get soycubano written until end of August 2018 - because I don’ t want enter a wild journey when I haven’t fully reviewed and process (plus written) the story of my 2018 adventure in Cuba. So, there’s that. Overall an interesting day with a strong focus on my stolenvoice business - no practicing commercial scripts though which I want to do tomorrow since business AND art is important to stay in shape. - oh and another fast walk today, I’m surprised and like it! #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Knees kind of ok, only some small pinching in the right knee when doing sudden movements. Thought about the benefit of voiceover: it facilitates expressing emotions that I normally wouldn’t feel or express or at least not in the intensity. So, VO a School of Emotion? Yes, something like that. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether I’m happy with how the day went and I’d say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didn’t do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I haven’t planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze („amazing“ ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions — both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 5km (but it was Friday, Feb 16) 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Clearly slower than yesterday but still faster than usual - no big thoughts only the idea that my artist’s name I want keep (so iian will survive) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: Though tonight was colder than yesterday again it felt better to walk since the refreshment effect is much better. I’m fantasizing about a sunny place where the climate still allows refreshing temperatures. New Zealand winter (Mar-Aug 2009) was when I had that kind of mix of sun and fresh air - 14 degrees Celsius that felt like mid-20s. Awesome! Today was a good full working today of VO only - I started the day with voiceover and ended it. In between I did the „day job“. Also my fake meat balls turned out fine twitter.com/Naii/status/96353… #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: again slower today but stomach was relatively full; apart from that I thought about making a video that explains the pros and cons of WhatsApp compared to Telegram with the intention to explain friends and some business contacts that Telegram is the better choice 😉 #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,5 min - average speed: 7,06 km/h - remarks: Had two quick ideas that I noted down after the walk, the walk itself was fine. Knees felt smooth and my legs were still under the „used“ influence of my HIIT session on Tuesday (two days ago) *nice* #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: I was walking faster than yesterday (almost 1 minute), and it was because I was shifting from being tired when I started walking (I had just got up) to „I have an idea how to make my new voiceover business work“. So, when I returned to my room after the walk, I wrote, set up a sign-up form, published three new posts and 4,5 hours later I was done. That was one of the most intense 4,5 hours that I had not planned at all for the day — but this only happened because I was walking outside (I forced myself to walk although I was tired) and let my thoughts flow. So, I invested 4,5 hours into what was not planned and but it felt to be the right things. Today’s „/done“ tasks will reflect that. Also to be noted: When you have ideas you move/walk faster. Head needs body, body needs head. And one needs movement to stay mentally in flow #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 47 min - average speed: 6,38 km/h - remarks: took old clothes to clothes collection (Humana), met old soccer colleague (and talked) and created the „donkey bridge“ (Eselsbrücke) „stolen-focus-death-2go“ to remember what I thought of during walking and take notes after when back at the computer #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Walking was fine. Sun was out, super cold though. Invented a new character („Jörk“) which I plan to use for a comedy format. I’ll see. And: fastest walking speed this week! #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids („mini humans“), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so there’s that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but that’s fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: sunny, partly blue sky, in winter dress it felt warm and sweaty. Overall a nice and relaxed mood at noon time here. Thoughts were about acting, meaning: When you’re acting, you’re not all of a sudden becoming that character. The camera or microphone only happens to be there when you perform those particular lines and scenes. The story of the character began before the recording and will continue when the recording has finished. That makes acting so challenging when learning but rewarding when „mastering“. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health
