walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (āmini humansā), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereās that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatās fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: 2nd time with that time (3rd fastest walk in total). Knee pain close to non-existent probably because of the cleaning job I had before. Had many thoughts crossing my mind - mind was uncalm āAFā (as the youngsters say). Thought a lot about my decision to go all-in on voice-over and I like the commitment. Letās see if I can meet my personal goal (entering the acting world through voiceover) with my economic goals (not be broke) *haha* #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: Night walk after a not so super accomplished but ok day. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: Super confused in my head I was before the walk; after I now have more clarity. Not having dumped my thoughts for more than 4 weeks clearly shows that stuff has aggregated in my head. Not happy about it but working on improving it. One outcome is: I hope to concentrate on building things (products, stories, books, etc.) rather than serving people through my services. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so Iāll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
walked 10km š - time: 180 min - average speed: 3,33 km/h - remarks: It was not a regular walk like usual but part of my artist date where I take breaks, read, take photos, sit and enjoy what surrounds me. The 10km is an estimation based on what Google Maps told me. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 18,5 min - average speed: 5,84 km/h - remarks: Gray, cloudy, slightly rainy morning. Feels a bit depressing but then I was thinking about vlogging since I actually reviewed a landing page that was purely about vlogging (vlogology.com). Vlogging has one nice aspect: It forces you to be(come) creative throughout the day so what youāll be telling your final vlog episode is actually interesting in one way or the other. Instead of watching a series on Netflix you can produce your own little ādramaā series. Why not? #health
walked 5km š - time: 42 min - average speed: 7,14 km/h - remarks: litte pinching pain in left knee and I had an idea for a brand name of my voiceover service #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 15,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: Knees felt good cos I had 30-minute bike ride before (so they were warmed up); just continued digesting my thoughts on a new show concept Iād like to experiment with - it would include the German and English language and be selfish because Iād practice speaking in both language and it would not be selfish because of what (the content) Iād present. #health
walked 3,4km š - time: 40 min - average speed: 5,10 km/h - remarks: Used todayās walking time to combine with something dutiful (getting a package - NOMAD Wallet Case) out of the customs office - blog post about is in draft. Was pretty mild (around 14 degrees centigrade) but still walked in flip-flops because why not. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: walking went fine, sun outside, not too cold in the sun. Thought about the paradise book and now defined that I will merge it with the concept of āidentityā book because Paradise is essentially about identity and āsolving to decipher self-awarenessā #health
walked 5km š - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesnāt only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up whatās important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all itās good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if Iām feeling I add some workout to it. #health
walked 5km š - time: 47 min - average speed: 6,38 km/h - remarks: took old clothes to clothes collection (Humana), met old soccer colleague (and talked) and created the ādonkey bridgeā (EselsbrĆ¼cke) āstolen-focus-death-2goā to remember what I thought of during walking and take notes after when back at the computer #health
walked 5km š - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Got not real tranquility and calm in my head after these 16,75 minutes. Among others thought about how to implement identity research into my work routine and whether or not to reduce my mic time to Monday-Friday only since I have other things I want to work on as well besides my voiceover career. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: but I ran around 200 meters to test my knees which went with no pain #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 16,75 min - average speed: 6,45 km/h - remarks: Switched from 5km to 1,8km of walking because I want to spend more time (30 minutes instead of 15 minutes) on the home bike. Used the walk to digest the surprising news and made a plan. Basically Iāll move to another place, where? I donāt know yet. - apart from that: super slow walk. #health
walked 5km š - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iām happy with how the day went and Iād say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnāt do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenāt planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health
