Mental Note: I got a snapshot tonight about Engineering. They consistently don't get enough respect in startups. One thing should be talked about more: its supply/demand 101. Low supply = each person of said supply should be given more respect. People training to be part of said low supply also take more risk (its probably hard to be an Eng too)
