Improved the error report view in #telebugs. This was long overdue. Nested errors (the actual cause) now live inside the backtrace: ✅ grouped together ✅ full stack trace (wasn’t available before) As a side effect: ✅ fewer queries across Reports & Notes ✅ fully cached
