Get up and actually eat today (bigger win than it sounds; I've been living off 1 cup of noodle a day for about a week because depression)

Force myself to go outside to cure 🌶spicy winter depression🌶 (It didn't work because I'm genuinely allergic to the cold. I lasted maybe 5 minutes outside before I couldn't breathe 😹)

Sleep 18 hours 🫠 Stupid winter depression. If I could live in Aus til US summer to avoid winter, I would.
