Where can I find a great designer/drawer to finish the work ?
I startetd with AI, then I paid a human on freelancer.com to improve it and replace vintage cars by 2025 ones. It took one week and he didn't make a good job.
The guy usually made some good job, like my profile picture. I just got unlucky ? Is Upwork a better place ?

I've used fiverr for stuff like this in the past and have had decently good results.
I would try with AI. Flux with inpainting should be able to do a decent job.
If you go the Fiverr route, I'd try a few different artists.
FWIW, I don't think the second image you shared looks bad. Can you articulate what you dislike about it and what you want instead? This is key to getting good results on Fiverr.
