What's your setup to read books in 2026?
It's been a few years since I read a full book end to end (it was a great historic adventure). For me, my own priorities in 2026, it falls down at the bottom:
1. A full time job (AI sessions)
2. A family
3. A few side projects (AI session)
4. Gym time
5. Read books
AI has made it worse, since I feel there is "so much to gain", and it's a never-ending loop. Do you have great success with a specific flow and routine, e.g "10 pages after morning workout", "best for the evening routine, before going to sleep?"

I do completely understand this.
The only thing that helped me is to put short time, 30 min in my case to learn German. I have all the links/books ready. i just open them and ready to go.
Just pick a book you want to read, put 30 min (or more if you can) and just go through it. when that's done, then jobs, side project can begin
