what is the most reliable and "easy to integrate with" API for getting currency exchange rates?

My project needs to gather currency exchange rates at regular intervals. Looking for a free or low-cost API with low latency that can provide up to date data.

Checkout on which API Find Exchange is made ( www.producthunt.com/posts/fin… ). It updates every 3 seconds.
