What CRMs do people recommend?

What CRMs do people recommend?

And has anyone tried twenty? https://twenty.com/

Creating a list on https://comparethe.co/CRM

Using Pipedrive for #retently and want to try Twenty and Attio for a new project.

Good recommedations, thanks and added to #comparethe comparethe.co/CRM

I use Hello Bonsai, but that's probably more robust than you need since it handles all my contracts (replaces stuff like Docusign and
having to create your contracts) and invoices (replaces Stripe, PayPal, etc). It also has a branded portal for clients and task/project management.

It'd only be worth it if you're freelancing/running a small business and need to track individual clients.

I've also used Dubsado and like it, but again, not strictly ONLY a CRM.

It'd be really helpful to know what, specifically, you're using the CRM for and if you need other features.

PS For over a decade, I used an Excel spreadsheet then migrated to Notion databases when it came out. If you only need a place to track your pipeline, basic tools and simplicity can save you a hell of a lot of money.

Great points 👍 At the moment we are talking a small SaaS and we've been using github projects to track stuff in a kanban board. The major painpoint is not tracking emails across a small team - that's the one thing you obviously don't get. The annoying this is all the crms seem to lock you into their system even if all you want is the mail linking (i.e. scan my mail emails to X contact and then add links to this issue/excel row etc)

HubSpot. A lot of good features for free.
Haven't tried Twenty.

I use Airtable, simple and it does the job.

Spreadsheets - nice and simple. I hear ya 👍
