Is there a website where I can look for news articles about my app?

I’ve been using google but some articles doesn’t appear cuz they are not in English.

Have has the same experience, but my apps are in english. A couple of ideas 1. check your stats and look for incoming links. works surprisingly well. 2. use one of the backlink checker services - again i am not certain if every link is included. 3. i am going to setup a google alert.

I'm not sure why the language of the articles would matter. Doesn't show results from all languages by default? If not, it's an option in Advanced Search.

If you want something more full featured you can take a look at Mention. It lets you monitor your app's name across different channels like websites, social media (tweets, etc) and more.
