How would you offer the ‘UberEats’ experience for food delivery without having to interview each driver that join the platform?

I was thinking in going with an open platform, where restaurants choose their drivers based on “stars rating” from a list or something.

Order food from Uber Eats. If the driver has a good score hire him/her.

Seriously though, really depends on the context. We need more information :)

Better yet, reach out to restaurants on Uber Eats. Ask them to promote your service to the drivers. Hire the drivers with good scores. (I think they can show you their Uber Eats profile.)
