Full-time travelers: what's in your backpack?

My current one weights too much and with addition of pet food it will not be comfortably to walk with. Any hints afters years of travel what to have and what to drop?

How do you deal with clothes? Electronics? Anything other? :)

Ok I'm fairly confident to answer this question. I'm not traveling fulltime but check nomadlist.com/@jelmerdeboer to see my travel history.

I bring a 26L GoRuck GR1 backpack on ALL my travels. I never check any luggage and this backpack is also great for new lowcost airline regulations even prohibiting overhead luggage because it fits under the seat in front of me.

I pack:
- macbook + charger
- iphone + charger
- airpods
- toiletries
- 3 shorts
- socks + underwear for a week (do laundry on location)
- 5 t-shirts
- tank top
- pants
- passport / cards / some cash / pen + passport size notebook
- long sleeved shirt
- shoes of course
- sunglasses

I buy stuff at local Uniqlo / Zara when I need it (almost never).

This is it.

Thanks for the answer! It's basically what I have in my current backpack, but the pack itself isn't suitable for walking. So, I'll consider GoRuck or anything up to 40 liters, as I need some additional space just in case. :-)

One thing I need to drop is pants. I plan to travel only to countries that are warm or have summer when I'm there, so I don't need anything other than shorts. Thanks for that. :)
